Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho is a healing art with origins in Japan. It promotes relaxation and stress reduction. The gentle touch of Reiki can improve the flow and balance of your own energy to support healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. A session is a little over an hour, fully clothed, and comfortable.

Restructuring
Restructuring contacts your inner story and embraces the power to change your perspective in a way that supports healing, growth, and deep peace. We can’t change a person’s story or experience. But we can ingress to where your story began and come to see it from a different perspective. We can identify and change the narrative around the story. We can see the reality, understand the errors, the faults, where any fears and blockages came from, and learn the divine nature of your soul’s journey. For approximately 60-90 minutes, this is an experience that may seem similar to a past life regression. It is eye-opening and deeply worthy of experiencing one on one. Bringing a close friend to witness and take notes is also an option.

Tarot Readings
One on one Tarot reading is similar to a therapy session, unfolding a structured discussion and a guided outline into one’s past, present and future. Compassionate dialogue around the light and dark sides of individual cards opens the door for understanding and healing. As the recipient’s vision and inner wisdom expand, their options can come into focus. Discussion over the Tarot spread provides a settling path toward feeling understood, and for calming the mind. Equally effective in person or via Zoom.
